Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FLORIS ENTERPRISE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (florish1122@outlook.com) or phone (+91 9016536344).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery Timeline:

    • Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days.

    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FLORIS ENTERPRISE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All pricing on our store is inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and share an unboxing video/photograph with us at florish1122@outlook.com to help us process a replacement or refund quickly.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +91 9016536344 or email florish1122@outlook.com.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at florish1122@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
